Description of terms used:

Non-thermostatic Element: refers to an electric element which once turned on heats up to a predefined temperature (surface temperature 62-65 °F).

Thermostatic Element: refers to an electric element whereby the user can control the temperature between 45-95 °F. The thermostatic control also allows the option of a 2 hour cycle for towel drying.
