Having a balanced heating system is important if you want to keep your central heating system running efficiently. 'Balancing' means evenly distributing the flow from the boiler and the pump throughout all the radiators in the house, ensuring that all radiators get hot.
If a radiator in your house that is furthest away from the boiler is not very warm, or even cold, it's possible your system need balancing.
James the plumber takes you through the process of why it's important and how you can do it yourself. You even get a diagram on a white board to show you!
