What is the difference between steel and stainless steel electric towel rails?

Price would be the main differential between the two. Stainless steel is an alloy with a higher level of Chromium which lends itself to better anti-corrosive properties, and as such, it takes a bit more time and resource to create stainless steel radiators and towel rails.
