How does your price match policy work?

1. Confirm the heat output requirements for your room(s)
This will ensure the radiator(s) you choose with deliver the heat outputs you require.
On our website, we provide 2 easy to use heating calculators. The basic heating calculator works on the principle that it takes approximately 100 watts to heat a square meter. This should only be used as a basic guide. We also have a more advanced heating calculator that can be found by clicking the following link [advanced heating calculator].
Please note you should always check requirements with your heating engineer to ensure all factors are considered. The figures we provide are only a guide.
2. Choose your design
When choosing the design give some consideration to the rough dimensions of the product required for the room and whether a horizontal or vertical product would suit best. Also consider what kind of look and finish you would require and if the product is going on an open heating system.
We are constantly adding new products to our ranges and have one of the largest ranges of heating products on the web. From Cast Iron, to modern Designer Radiators to Eco friendly Aluminium products, we are sure to have a product that will interest you. Alongside these products we have a large range of Valves and Accessories to accompany them.
3. Select a size and finish that matches your heat output requirement(s)
Every product on the website has the Btu and Watts listed to help you select the correct product for your requirements. Each product is photographed in its range of finishes to help you select the finish that will help you fit into your colour scheme.
4. Choose a suitable pair of valves (if required)
If you are ordering a Standard or Dual Fuel heating product, valves will be required. Our full range of valves can be found in the nav under the heading Valves | Accessories. In this section you will also find further information on which valves to select.
5. Add to cart and proceed
Our website can process orders 24/7. Alternatively, we can process your order over the phone on 0141 225 0430. Our offices are open Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30.
Are the products supplied with all the necessary parts?
All the radiators and heated towel rails advertised are supplied with wall fixings and where necessary blanking plugs and bleed valves. Radiator valves are to be purchased separately, however we often run special offers where valves are included free of charge.
Should I use a chemical inhibitor in my radiators & towel rails?
Should I use a chemical inhibitor in my radiators & towel rails? Yes, definitely. Chemical inhibitor is an important solution that can be poured into your heating system to prevent corrosion from occurring inside your pipework and radiators. For a complete explanation of chemical inhibitor and what happens if you don't add it to your system, please see this video with Jimmy the Trade Radiators plumber.
VIDEO - Why adding inhibitor is beneficial to your heating system
Should I get my radiators & heated towel rails checked & maintained?
Yes. We recommend that you have a professional plumber perform maintenance on your heating system every 12 months. A boiler, pipework, heat pumps and radiators all have hot water flowing through them every single day. Over time this can lead to a dirt, limescale and corrosion build-up in your system which, if left unchecked, can eventually cause problems and possibly a complete system break down. Having annual maintenance on your system can nip any issues in the bud before they lead to something more serious, much like an MOT on a car.
How much is delivery?
Unlike most other sites, all products advertised on the Trade Radiators website come with FREE delivery. This applies to all mainland UK addresses and there is no minimum order value to receive free shipping. Please note for deliveries outside of the mainland there may be a surcharge.
How long will my product take to arrive?
Each product has the predicted delivery date stated next to the product. The days quoted next to the product(s) are working days.

What area does your free delivery policy cover?
We offer free delivery to all mainland UK addresses. Please note all areas that are not on the mainland (including N.I. and UK Islands) may carry a surcharge.
How are the items delivered?
Deliveries are made, in the main, by outside courier companies and are usually made between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that couriers UK wide are only contracted/insured to deliver kerb/roadside therefore you may have to bring the radiator(s) into your property yourself and for large or heavy items you may require assistance.
Can I specify a certain day/time to have my order delivered?
TBC
Can I track my order?
If you contact us on the day we can provide a consignment number and can contact the courier to best ascertain an ETA of the delivery. Please note, sometimes it can be difficult to contact the driver to get a fixed time, however we will endeavour to narrow it down for you.
What do I do if my towel rail is damaged, not what I ordered or if it doesn't arrive?
