When should you choose a DQ Cove radiator? 

With the vibrancy afforded from a stainless steel radiator, a radiator like the ones in this range work best in a bright space and rooms which get plenty of natural light. As these are designer radiators, you wouldn’t want them hiding behind a sofa or essentially installed out of sight.

Open plan kitchens, hallways with light walls and bathrooms that need to appear light and bright are where you’ll want one of these radiators to sit nicely. Are there any design features I should know about?

These aren’t a flat column design. You’ll notice that each column is oval shaped. If you were looking for a flat front facing panel, or different shape, we recommend looking at our full range of designer radiators, especially some of the unique shapes in the stainless steel range.

Are DQ Cove radiators low water content radiators?

Yes. The DQ Cove uses less water than a traditional radiator and leans on the performance power of the aluminium body to get a room heated just like any other radiator, but by expending less energy.

What colour are DQ cove radiators?

Currently these radiators are stainless steel and come in two finishes:

• Polished
• Brushed

A polished radiator gives off a brighter shine and is ideal when you have chrome or silver fixtures the radiator can match.

Brushed (also known as satin) is where the polished finish is dulled down a little. You’ll be familiar with this finish of a traditional kitchen sink.

If you have a specific finish in mind that you can’t see here, you can always  shop by colour and see which radiators can be purchased with a custom paint finish. If you were looking for more of a stand out finish from a vertical radiator like the ones you see here, the DQ Dune range looks incredible.

Do I need anything special for installation?

As with all the DQ radiators available at Trade Radiators, fittings are supplied in the box with the radiator. With the unique look of these radiators, it is recommended that you get valves in a complimentary finish.

Are these single or double panel radiators?

We stock this range in both single and double panel models. You can use the filter option of the left side of the page to narrow the range down to find the most suitable radiator.

What heating system can the DQ Cove radiator be used on?

DQ Cove radiators are made to be used with traditional central heating systems.
