Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minumim order requirement, the discounts are applied to all orders.

Are there any fees for a Trade Account?

No fees.  Sign up is easy and free.

How do I get support with my Trade Account?
  • Phone: Call the customer service line at 0141 225 0430. The lines are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Email: Send an email to info@traderadiators.com. If your email relates to an existing order, it's best to reply directly to your order confirmation email.

  • Live Chat: Click the WhatsApp icon anytime and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my purchases?

Yes, check your account page or alternatively drop us a mail and we can forward on. 

Do I get access to special offers or promotions?

Yes, as a Trade Account holder, you get access to special offers and promotions via a Trade newsletter. The benefits include:

  • Exclusive Offers: You will receive special deals that are available only to Trade Account members.

  • Automatic Discounts: Your account provides exclusive trade discounts that are automatically applied to your orders. These include an extra 15% off Trade Direct products, 10% off Nordic, Paladin, and TowelRads, and 5% off all other brands.

  • Please Note: Trade Account customers get the best price possible and as such some promo offers advertised on site will not be applicable when signed into your trade account.

Can I return items bought with a Trade Account?

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  The exception being custom-made products, these are non returnable. The product must be returned in all its original packaging, and it must not have been fitted or used. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are not damaged while in your possession.  Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, you must report this within 3 working days of receipt. In this case, Trade Radiators would be responsible for the return shipping costs.  If the item was ordered incorrectly Trade Radiators will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
