At Trade Radiators we believe in great customer service and as such we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. Should there be any comments regarding how we can improve our service, or any complaints or issues, please feel free to email us using the email link on our site pages. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
We believe in the Living Wage and are a registered member of The Glasgow Living Wage initiative.
We are also conscious of our environment and thus are valued members of the WEEE initiative.
Making A Purchase
To purchase any of our products, just browse through our website and when you find the item you require just click the add to cart button. This will select the chosen product and add it into your Shopping cart. You can continue browsing through the store for other items to add to the Shopping cart or proceed to the Checkout. The Checkout and your Shopping cart contents are located at the top right of the web pages. To purchase your selected item(s) just click the Checkout link at the top right of the web page and follow the online instructions to complete your secure purchase.
Here at TradeRadiators.com all major credit cards are accepted; Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Paypal. Cheques made payable to Trade Radiators Limited are accepted but please allow 5 working days for clearance before we can ship any item(s).
A confirmation invoice receipt will be sent to the email address you enter when purchasing your items when payment has been received. This indicates the item(s) purchased from us, and does not represent a binding contract between us exists. This term is solely included to protect us should there have been any mistake made with our pricing and it has been displayed inadvertently under priced or that we can no longer obtain the items(s) for reasons beyond our control. Should there be any problem with the under pricing of any item(s) purchased or we can no longer obtain the purchased item(s) we will always contact you. In both instances a full refund will be offered. Your address and email details provided are only used by ourselves to fulfill your purchase and are not passed on to any other organisations.
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all the information provided on this site, TradeRadiators.com can not accept responsibility for any errors which may occur. Please note that measurements are provided simply as a guide only and may not be exact. Some products are also hand made and may vary slightly in size. Therefore we do not recommend doing any installation work prior to having the goods in your possession. Any plumbing work carried out before having the goods in your possession is undertaken at your own risk and Trade Radiators are not responsible for any errors or ill fitting items which may occur as a result. It is good practise to have the goods in your possession before booking tradesman and carrying out any plumbing, building or electrical work.
Shipping And Handling*
All our products displayed on our site are DELIVERED FREE to UK mainland addresses. All items are dispatched through independent couriers and require a signature upon receipt (this will be socially distant and contactless during COVID). Delivery hours are usually Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm. Specific time slots are not generally available. Should there be no one available to sign for goods, a card will be left with a telephone number of your local depot who can be contacted to arrange a redelivery to your address at a mutually agreeable date. Please note that couriers UK wide are only contracted/insured to deliver kerb/roadside therefore you may have to bring the radiator(s) into your property yourself and for large or heavy items you may require assistance.

Please be aware that some large orders and also orders for column radiators (when ordered in multiples) and also cast iron radiators will typically be delivered on a pallet. This is a kerbside delivery service as the driver is not insured to carry the goods inside.
Trade Radiators advise against booking any plumbers, builders or electricians prior to receipt of your items and until they have been checked. Trade Radiators cannot be held liable in any way for any plumbers, builders or electricians costs or compensation. We cannot compensate in any way for costs incurred for time off work in the unlikely event an item(s) does not arrive on the expected delivery date due to reasons beyond our control. Please inspect goods for transit damage and notify us of any problems within 3 workings days of receipt of items. TradeRadiators can not be held responsible for damages or missing items reported after this time.
All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current rate of 20%. Our VAT registration number is 193 9804 62. A detailed receipt will be emailed upon receipt of order. Should we wish a full VAT breakdown receipt please email.
Credit Card Security
We take security very seriously at Trade Radiators. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. All products are covered where stated with a 5, 10 & 25 years manufacturers guarantee. All these guarantees are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Any item(s) have been professionally fitted correctly as per any manufacturer's instructions and according to good plumbing/electrical practices.
These product(s) have been installed, cared for and maintained in a suitable manner and in accordance with any manufacturers instructions. If any of the product(s) have been misused, modified, neglected, willfully or accidentally damaged the guarantee is invalid.
In any event of a guarantee claim, the liability of Trade Radiators is limited ONLY to the product supplied, it does not extend to consequential loss or damage arising from a defective product(s).
The guarantee is applicable for the purchaser ONLY and is non transferable.

Please inspect all goods on arrival for any damages, faults or missing items and notify us of any problems within 3 working days of receipt of your goods. TradeRadiators can not be held responsible for damaged/missing/faulty items reported after this time.
IMPORTANT: If you are unable to check the goods at the actual time of delivery then you MUST tick the "goods unchecked" box on the courier delivery note when signing as if the goods have been signed for as "checked" then we may not be able to replace any damaged items. If you are unable to check the goods when they arrive and there is no obvious "unchecked" option when signing then you must clearly write "unchecked" next to your signature.
In the instance of any damages or faults, we may require photos of the damage or fault, this is to assist in ascertaining what the problem may be and can also be required in any case where transit damage has occurred. If a photo is required it is the responsibility of the customer to provide this.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing problem with any of our products, please notify us within a 7 day period from receipt of item(s), and we will arrange the defective items to be replaced and collected. Any unwanted returned items, unless otherwise agreed, will have to be shipped back to us within 28 days from date of purchase for a refund. Alternatively, if we are to collect the goods we will have to charge on the courier costs. Returned unwanted items must not have been fitted and must be in their original packaging. Unwanted items which have been installed and/or used are deemed 'second hand' and are strictly non-returnable.
IMPORTANT: Cancellation and Returns Policy for 'Made to Order' products. These products include our specialist Cast Iron radiators, Apollo 'custom colour' radiators, Reina 'custom colour' radiators, DQ 'custom colour' radiators, DQ special finish radiators including 'Lacquer (copper & black nickel)', 'Historic (copper & silver)', 'Stone Grey' and 'Satin Brass (stainless steel)' finishes and any other individual bespoke items made to specific requirements. All of the aforementioned products are custom made to order, bespoke and individually hand made or hand finished to your specific requirements. If you decided to cancel your 'made to order' product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We may, therefore, charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price. Our usual refund policy does not apply to 'made to order' products, which cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless faulty (which is covered by our extensive guarantees).
Any returns MUST be notified to us before being returned. Returned items will NOT be accepted at our registered office, therefore, you must notify us of any intended returns.
If an order is cancelled after it has been despatched then a returns charge will be applied.
