"1200mm Duel Fuel Towel Radiator"
I recently ordered a 1.2m x 0.5m duel fuel radiator (+ valves) for my bathroom which was being refurbished at the time. The web-site was dead simple to navigate and the ordering and checkout process was as easy as Ebay.

The delivery company were a little bit disappointing though. Firstly they lost one of the three parcels, and secondly one of the packages was so badly damaged that the heating element inside was crushed and broken beyond economical repair. I was a little bit agitated at this time as I needed to get all the parts to my plumber for installation that week. I called TradeRadiators fully expecting to be fobbed off with excuses and blame reversal, but wow, Shut My Mouth. The young lady I spoke with was lovely. She was straight on the case, empathising with the situation and fully aware of my needs. I gave her my postcode, she found my original order and identified the missing & damaged parts and had replacements shipped out straight away. I received all new parts in time for my plumber to do his work without any delays or additional costs.

I fully recommend Trade Radiators as a supplier, and as a company with excellent customer service who really do care about their clients satisfaction.
